What this notice covers
This notice covers the public EstimarMine+ website, including contact enquiries and the browser-based ROI calculator. It does not replace any data-processing terms agreed for a pilot, training, or platform engagement.
Information you choose to send
When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, work email, company, job title, preferred conversation type, and project context. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and understand the context you chose to share.
Do not submit confidential drillhole, assay, geological, commercial, or personal information through this public form. Agree a secure sharing process with the team first.
Form delivery
Enquiries from the contact form and the website assistant are sent from our own web server to the EstimarMine+ team mailbox, either through our hosting provider’s email service or through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery provider whose own privacy terms apply to its processing. When our own email service is used, a confirmation copy of what you sent is emailed to the address you provide. A record of each submission is kept on our server so that no enquiry is lost.
Sales assistant
When you use the EstimarMine+ sales assistant, the messages you choose to send are relayed through our server to OpenRouter so a language-model provider can generate a reply. That processing may occur outside your country. Do not share confidential drillhole, assay, geological, commercial, or personal information in the public chat.
To protect the public service, our server keeps short-lived, hashed IP-based rate-limit records and a daily usage counter. If you submit the chat lead form, we store the lead details and delivery status. Your conversation transcript is stored or delivered only if you separately opt in to include it.
Website analytics (Google Analytics)
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to measure how visitors use it: the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search engine or another site), your device, browser and screen size, your approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address), and interactions such as scrolling and link clicks. We use these statistics only to understand our audience and improve the website. We do not use them for advertising.
Google Analytics is off by default. Its cookies (_ga and _ga_S0KVLQKC68, which last up to two years) are set only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set; through Google Consent Mode, the Google tag may still send limited cookieless signals (such as a page load, the browser type and your consent choice) that contain no identifier that recognises you from one visit to the next.
Google processes this information on its servers, which may be located outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States, under the Google Analytics terms. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Detailed analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account (at most 14 months); aggregated reports that identify no one may be kept longer.
You can give or withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops analytics collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of an enquiry by emailing info@estimarmine.com. Include enough detail for the team to locate the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Local calculators and demonstrations
The ROI calculator and illustrative product demonstration run in your browser. The values you enter there are not uploaded, saved, or retained by this website.
